The Hobble Skirt comes in two lengths- but no matter which you choose, it fits snugly all the way from waist to hem. The knee length falls approximately 2″ below the knee. I use high quality latex sheeting in .40mm thickness, and I glue my seams for a smooth, flat fit. The material obtains a high gloss when treated with latex care products.
